Our client is a growing business that specialises in delivering cybersecurity solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Trainee to join their Technical Support team. In this role, you will work closely with the existing technical department to develop your knowledge of cybersecurity products and services, with the opportunity to progress into a customer-facing support position.
As a Technical Support Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting businesses with the implementation of cybersecurity software and hardware
- Delivering system demonstrations via Microsoft Teams and in person
- Advising customers on suitable products and solutions
- Providing ongoing technical support to existing customers
To be considered, you should:
- Demonstrate an interest in technical support and cybersecurity
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be willing and able to learn quickly
- Hold a full UK driving licence
This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. Occasional travel may be required to visit customers.
