Our client is a privately owned, successful and growing business based in North Leicestershire. Due to ongoing growth, our client is now seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to join their team.
As the Internal Sales Team Leader you will develop and manage a small team of Internal Account Managers.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
- Proven experience in sales and account management.
- Experience of supervising a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

Basic salary of up to £40,000 (negotiable based on experience) + commission scheme.
