A growing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join its team . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5.30 (part time hours may be considered)

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders, including generating sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Producing and issuing relevant licence documentation to customers
  • Liaising with freight forwarders to coordinate delivery of hardware to end users
  • Uploading invoices to the banking system
  • Managing the accounts receivable process
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Assisting with general finance administration, including bank reconciliations and employee expenses
  • Supporting the annual audit process

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Previous experience of working as finance administrator
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables)
  • Experience with Sage 50 is desirable but not essential
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Comfortable managing a busy and varied workload
