Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Joining an established team, this role is crucial in ensuring our clients' customers receive an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Preparing accurate and detailed quotations.
  • Organising deliveries and collections efficiently.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system.
  • Handling all customer enquiries with care and attention to detail.
  • Chasing up quotes and following through to completion.
  • Liaising with the operations team to ensure seamless service.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
