Our client is seeking an L&D Partner to join their team in Derbyshire. Working as the L&D partner, you'll work with the existing HR function to support the leadership team in managing development programs, implementing internal training schemes and driving the businesses apprenticeship scheme. This is a hands-on role which will require an L&D partner who can quickly establish relationships with internal teams and deliver high quality, hands-on learning experiences across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
- Managing relationships with external learning providers, ensuring quality and value
- Supporting with the design, delivery and coordination of leadership and management programmes.
- Develop and support talent programs ensuring all learners experience a smooth and consistent learning experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive and promote a strong culture of learning and development within all areas of the business.
- Managing the associated administration with staff training, learning and development.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience working within a Learning and Development role. Manufacturing/warehousing experience would be desirable.
- Experience in delivering leadership and management programs
- Knowledge of apprenticeships, ideally with experience of working with external providers.
- A collaborative approach to learning and development.
This role is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office, our client's vision for this role is that you'll be on site for at least 60% of the time in order to establish a presence, understand the business and build strong internal relationships. The role is 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
