As part of our expansion programme, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced: OFFICE MANAGER Location: Head Office Based Peterborough (Orton Southgate, Close to A1) Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday Salary: £36,400 + p.a Dependent on Experience, Capabilities & Ambition Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme Our Company prides itself on high standards, professionalism and quality of project delivery. Working with numerous high profile clients, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to provide organisational and administrative support to the Senior Management Team. The role will require preparation of spreadsheets, presentations, programmes and general correspondence whilst co-ordinating many of the operational logistics of the business. This is a challenging, busy and varied role. You will be required to demonstrate good customer service, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative. Key Accountabilities: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including advanced Excel and Word skills * Be attentive to detail, with efficient planning skills and an ability to multitask * Employee liaison and maintenance of company records * Required to provide comprehensive, confidential support and will assist in key projects and ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation Personal Specification & Qualities: * A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role * A full valid driving licence * Microsoft office skills – advanced level in Excel & Word is essential * General IT competency * Highly motivated and seeking a career, not just a job * Enthusiastic, energetic and confident * A team player, who can work well with their colleagues * Confident manner and comfortable with liaising with senior personnel and clients * Reliable and trustworthy * Flexible and adaptable when prioritising workloads * Discretion and understanding of confidential issues Please only apply with a full CV and covering letter
