Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Shopfitting & Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough. With over 35 years’ experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency and service. As part of our expansion programme we are currently looking to recruit an experienced: JOINERY WORKSHOP MANAGER Location: Head Office Peterborough Projects throughout UK & Ireland Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm Salary: £40,000 + p.a – Dependent on Experience Holidays: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme Workshop: Fully equipped traditional workshop & storage facilities Our Company prides itself on high standards, professionalism and quality of project delivery. Working with numerous high profile clients, we are now looking for an experienced Joinery Workshop Manager who can work on their own and also as part of a team. The successful candidate must have extensive experience within the joinery industry, be self-motivated, ambitious and have a sound knowledge of taking off drawings, planning projects, costing and a strong productivity method of working. On site installation works also an opportunity. The Joinery Workshop Manager will manage and motivate a team of joiners to produce purpose built items, general shop fitting walls, unitary, pre-hung door sets and sheet panel systems to fast track lead times.
