Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Shopfitting & Commercial Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough. With over 35 years' experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency and service.

Position: Joinery Workshop Manager

Location: Head Office Peterborough – Projects throughout UK & Ireland

Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 5.30 pm

Salary: £45,000 + p.a. – Dependent on Experience

Holidays: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme

Workshop: Fully equipped traditional workshop & storage facilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and manage a team of skilled Joiners.
  • Plan & allocate workloads in line with project deadlines and client requirements.
  • Monitor standards throughout the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Manage stock levels, material usage and tooling maintenance.
  • Implement improvement initiatives and enhance productivity.
  • Control department budgeting and finances and report to Directors on monthly performance results.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
