An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service delivering approximately 1,000 care hours per week. This service specialises in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, supporting a wide range of complex and community-based care needs.

You will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and compliance of the service, ensuring outstanding care delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy domiciliary care service
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care coordinators and support staff
  • Drive service growth while maintaining high standards of care
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency of the service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities
  • Ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery at all times

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care is essential, along with a strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements. A proven track record of managing a medium to large care service (1000+ hours) is required. Candidates should be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be working towards it). A full UK driving licence is also necessary.
