An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service delivering approximately 1,000 care hours per week. This service specialises in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, supporting a wide range of complex and community-based care needs.
You will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and compliance of the service, ensuring outstanding care delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care coordinators and support staff

Candidates should be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be working towards it). A full UK driving licence is also necessary.
