An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service delivering approximately 1,000 care hours per week. This service specialises in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, supporting a wide range of complex and community-based care needs.
You will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and compliance of the service, ensuring outstanding care delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care coordinators and support staff
- Drive service growth while maintaining high standards of care
- Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency of the service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities
- Ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery at all times
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of managing a medium to large care service (1000+ hours)
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
