We are recruiting experienced Senior Carers to join established care teams across a variety of care homes within a well-established Group. Senior Carers will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, support residents with all aspects of daily living, and work alongside nurses and team leaders to maintain excellent care standards. You will help ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality while contributing to a warm, supportive environment.
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years' experience as a carer in a care home environment
- Genuine passion for working in a caring environment
- Confident supporting residents with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Experience with residents who have dementia, confusion, or behavioural needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to ongoing development
