Job description

Senior Residential Support worker – Children's Services

You will be providing key therapeutic support to some of the most vulnerable and hard to reach young people in our communities.

Many have experienced real trauma and often abuse or been subject to extreme circumstances.

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £40k per annum inc sleep ins and your rota will allow for true work life balance.

It is essential that you have experience in support work with Children and Young people. You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heath and Social Care or Children's residential services. My client can put you through a Children's residential qualification if needed.

Challenging behaviour experience, de-escalation strategies and the ability to build trusting and impactful relationships with the young people in your care is absolutely required.

You will need to have a fully enhanced DBS and require no sponsorship to work full time in the UK.
