We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join established care teams across a variety of care homes within a well established Group. Nurses will deliver safe, person-centred clinical care, supervise care staff on shift, manage medication, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Active NMC PIN RGN / RMN / RNLD
- Ideally care home experience
- Confident in medication administration and clinical decision-making
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work a rolling rota
