About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on healthcare recruitment in Newcastle.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates for healthcare roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage and update candidate records, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets
Qualifications
- You don\’t need years of experience in recruitment or a related field (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices very handy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our recruitment software
