We are currently recruiting for 3 Full Time Support Workers to join a well-established Independent Supported Living service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-built core and cluster development, consisting of individual bungalows designed to support people on the autism spectrum and those with complex needs to live as independently as possible.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be working within a domiciliary care environment, supporting individuals in their own homes. This role involves a high level of lone working, so confidence, initiative, and strong decision-making skills are essential. You will provide person-centred support, promoting independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.
Shift Patterns
- Full Time: 3 x 12.5-hour shifts per week
- Part Time: Minimum of 25 hours per week (2 x 12.5-hour shifts)
- Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Support individuals with complex needs and autism
- Work independently across different bungalows within the service
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

- Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or complex needs (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a lone-working environment
- Flexible and reliable approach to shift patterns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
