Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent
- Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Creating and managing a sales pipeline of leads and potential clients
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs
