About Us: My Client is looking for an experienced care home manager and are offering state-of-the-art facilities. They are known for having a warm, family approach delivering a high quality service. The Role: As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this facility. You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be the driving force behind the home's success, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans, ensuring residents' individual needs are met with respect and dignity.
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring the team has the skills and support needed to provide outstanding care.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
