As they prepare to open their doors, they are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead this exciting new project. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture, quality of care, and success of a brand-new home from the ground up.
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this brand-new facility. You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be the driving force behind the home’s success, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
- Lead the setup and operational management of the 86-bed care home, ensuring high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met with respect and dignity.
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring the team has the skills and support needed to provide outstanding care.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a senior management role within a care setting.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin number (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Passion for providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for residents.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to managing change and development.
