About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant (open to discipline) to join our team, in Glasgow. Our new location opened in November 2025 with a very experienced Business Manager who will operate and support the consultants we attract there.

We have live permanent vacancies to walk straight into!

Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates for roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service
• Manage and update candidate records, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets

Qualifications

• You don't need years of experience in recruitment or a related field (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices very handy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our recruitment software

Preferred Skills
