We are seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead and grow a specialist healthcare staffing service in Scotland, supplying nurses and care staff to healthcare providers across the region. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining regulatory oversight, operational management, and business development, with responsibility for building strong client partnerships and expanding the service.

The successful candidate will be eligible to register with the Scottish Care Inspectorate as a service manager and will play a key role in developing a high-performing healthcare staffing operation.

  • Leading the operational delivery of a regulated healthcare staffing service

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and commercial awareness
