Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in care home management? We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join our client's team and help lead a welcoming, high-quality care service in Newcastle (Wallsend).

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care to our residents, maintaining high standards, and providing professional leadership to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, compassionate nurse ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Lead and motivate care staff to deliver person-centred, high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
  • Contribute to staff development, training, and supervision
  • Deliver hands-on clinical care and manage medication safely

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Previous experience in a care home management or deputy role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A caring and professional approach to elderly care
