Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within the commercial sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

· Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Work closely with Business Development Consultants to understand client needs and requirements.

· Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and database searches.

· Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and industry regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements

· Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within commercial, administrative, or professional services.

· A proactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Drive to attend regular face to face client meetings, build and develop client relations to maximise sales opportunities

· Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.

· Experience using recruitment

· Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements.
