Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to support the delivery of outstanding care in our modern, purpose-built 86-bed care home located in the beautiful market town of Alnwick.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a multidisciplinary team delivering a wide range of care services, including:

About the Role
As Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing and care teams
- Ensure high standards of care delivery are maintained across all specialisms
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, medication management, and audits
- Support with staff training, supervision, and development
- Act as a positive role model and uphold a culture of excellence, dignity, and compassion
What Weβre Looking For
- A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
- Previous experience in a senior clinical or deputy role in a care home or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, complex needs, and safeguarding procedures
- Leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
