Jayar Car Parts are looking for a part time van driver for the Strood Branch. Reporting directly to the branch manager, the driver will be responsible for:
- Deliveries to local companies and other Jayar branches
- Handling of cash from customers
- Handling of goods, lifting involved though not excessive
- Daily/Weekly maintenance checks of the vehicle
- Assisting to pick orders and load van
- Some warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Deliveries to be signed for on each delivery, so keen eye for detail on checking the order to be delivered
- Good communication skills as dealing with customers daily
- Must be aged over 25 years due to our insurers requirements
- Full driving licence to have no more than 3 points on it
- Previous delivery driving experience essential
