About the Project
The goal is to provide a smart, secure, and responsive chatbot at I-GTM. You will take the lead on developing our AI-driven helpdesk system by integrating RASA with our existing technology stack, which includes React, Twilio, FreeScout, and our internal APIs.
We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to work on our AI-driven helpdesk system with a focus on RASA integration. This position involves RASA Chatbot Integration on a part-time, long-term basis. Your role will be to help build the AI-Driven Helpdesk for our Ed-Tec platform.
