The Digital marketing executive supports the delivery and continuous improvement of digital experiences across the website and marketing platforms. The role focuses not only on maintaining web pages and marketing journeys but also on helping improve performance over time, ensuring content is easy to find, pages are structured effectively and digital journeys support traffic growth, discoverability, engagement and lead generation.
Working closely with content and marketing managers, the role helps ensure digital activity translates into measurable outcomes while optimizing page structure, supporting search visibility, improving user experience, and ensuring marketing traffic converts effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Build and update website pages and landing pages using HubSpot CMS
- Create and manage forms, CTAs and page layouts that support campaign performance
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing workflows and automation journeys
- Ensure pages are correctly structured for usability, accessibility and basic SEO requirements
- Monitor page performance metrics such as engagement, conversions and bounce rates
- Identify opportunities to improve overall website health and optimise continuously
- Carry out quality assurance checks on all new pages before going live
- Support tracking and tagging requirements to ensure marketing performance can be measured
- Stay current with updates relevant to digital best practices, sharing recommendations with the team
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure campaigns integrate correctly with website and lead capture processes
- Experience working with CMS platforms (HubSpot experience would be a plus)
- Understanding of website structure and user experience principles
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is beneficial
- Understanding of SEO principles and page structure best practices
- Ability to interpret performance data using tools such as GA4 or similar analytics platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem‑solving mindset with interest in improving digital excellence and content
- Familiarity with tagging or tracking concepts (UTMs, analytics tracking)
