Role Overview: We’re looking for a Global Rewards Partner to join our People team on a 12-month Fixed term contract. The Global Rewards Partner will be responsible for leading a strategic initiative focused on designing, benchmarking and implementing a comprehensive global rewards strategy that ensures competitiveness, equity, and compliance across geographies. This role combines expertise in compensation and benefits with strong analytical and project management skills to deliver impactful programs aligned with business objectives.
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in our office in Uxbridge)
Key Responsibilities:
- Current State Assessment, Global Benchmarking and Analysis
- Analyze compensation and benefits structures in key markets (China, India, UK, US, Mexico, France, Italy, Germany).
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct global benchmarking of packages, including company car policies.
- Develop proposals for annual benefits budgets with cost modeling and scenario planning.
- Recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and implement career architecture.
- Advise on salary bandings, job leveling, and compensation frameworks ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Document and standardize compensation and benefits processes for scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and regional leadership to align rewards strategy with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams on compensation and benefits policies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in global compensation and benefits management.
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional experience.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling and benchmarking.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to design scalable processes across multiple geographies.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation tools.
- Familiarity with mobility programs and company car policies.
- Strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
