Role Overview: As a Campaign Manager at JATO, you’ll be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, driving impactful marketing campaigns across global markets. This is a high-visibility role that works cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, and external partners to deliver integrated marketing programmes that fuel growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns (ABM, promotions, field events, sales enablement) to grow pipeline and revenue. Define KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Craft compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to customers, analysts, press, and partners.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Campaign Leads and Regional Marketing Managers to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive MCLs, MQLs, SQLs, brand awareness, and customer retention.
  • Champion digital-first, end-to-end customer journeys to drive rapid adoption of new JATO products.
  • Understand local market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and execution.
  • Support product releases and updates in collaboration with Product teams.
  • Feed campaign results into dashboards and support KPI tracking. Conduct usage analysis to refine propositions.
  • Build strong relationships with JATO’s partners to drive joint marketing success.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in a Tech/SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in executing global and local marketing campaigns.
  • Strong lead generation and integrated marketing expertise.
  • Ability to simplify complex propositions into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of partner/channel marketing.
