First, a bit about us. If you want more ownership, more freedom and the chance to get in at the very start, we'd love to meet you. We're a small, supportive team that values individuality, creativity and collaboration. We want people who bring their personality to work, share ideas openly and help shape how we grow. Jaspy is a new platform built exclusively for professional hair brands to reach and interact with the professionals they care about. After listening to extensive industry feedback on our first platform, we're about to launch the next evolution of Jaspy. We're moving fast and building something the industry has told us it needs.

The role involves owning the brand partnership pipeline from the ground up - getting in front of the right people at leading hair and beauty brands, building genuine relationships, and turning conversations into committed partners. You'll help those partners introduce their salon networks to Jaspy. This isn't a role where the playbook already exists; you'll create it, test ideas, shape our commercial strategy and directly influence how Jaspy grows - working alongside the founders, with real influence from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and running a pipeline of target hair and beauty brands, from research and outreach through to close.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering pitches that bring Jaspy's value to life.
  • Negotiating and securing partnership agreements.
  • Supporting brand activation and onboarding their salon networks onto the platform.
  • Creating scalable processes that drive partnership growth and salon adoption.
  • Owning your pipeline and reporting - using the data to guide commercial decisions and feed insight back into strategy.
  • Representing Jaspy at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

What we're looking for:

  • Essential: 3+ years in partnerships, business development or a commercial sales role, with a track record of closing not just prospecting.
  • Experience owning a pipeline end-to-end and building new business from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you're comfortable with senior decision-makers.
  • A self-starter who thrives on ownership and enjoys making things happen.

A bonus if you have:

  • Experience in the hair, beauty or salon industry.
  • An existing network across brands, salons, education providers or distributors.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth business.
  • Experience selling technology, software or digital platforms.

What you're like:

  • You're commercially sharp, highly organised and not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • You make decisions, take ownership and spot opportunities without waiting to be told.
  • You enjoy a small team where your work has direct impact and you want to build something, not simply work for it.

Why you'll love working here:

  • Salary based on experience, plus potential equity for the right person.
  • Full flexibility - we care about what you deliver, not when or where you log on.
  • Direct access to the founders and a genuine seat at the table.
  • The chance to shape something from the very beginning, with real autonomy and real ownership.

Sound like you? Send your CV and a short note on why you'd be a great fit to Theresa.Kent@jaspy.co.uk. Closing date: 5pm, Friday 10th July.
