Lead Solutions Architect – Customer Success Join to apply for the Lead Solutions Architect – Customer Success role at Jaspersoft . Overview The Jaspersoft Customer Success team is dedicated to building mutually beneficial relationships with clients through active engagement, understanding their unique projects, and partnering to enhance their success with our products. The Customer Success Architect (CSA) provides technical expertise related to Jaspersoft, working closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure customer adoption, expansion, and successful subscription renewals. Primary Components: Customer Engagement (~75%) – Collaborate directly with customers, guiding technical enablement and building trusted relationships. Training, Initiatives & Advancement (~15%) – Stay current on corporate and customer training, maintain awareness of all products supported, and participate in ongoing initiatives. Digital Library and Community Development (~10%) – Engage in content development to modernize and expand Jaspersoft’s digital resources. Key Responsibilities: Build trusted technical advisor relationships with clients. Act as a thought leader and product expert, delivering demonstrations and training. Provide technical support in planning, deployment, performance, and extended support areas. Collaborate internally with support, engineering, and product teams. Identify and communicate upsell opportunities. Contribute to content development for the Digital Library & Community. Report on engagement status and activities. Qualifications: 10+ years in software development, solutions architecture, or related customer-facing roles. Strong Java development, web development, and experience with cloud and containerized deployments. Experience with web APIs, relational databases, and HTML/CSS. Broad knowledge of Jaspersoft products and architecture frameworks. Excellent communication and customer management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. Language skills in English; additional languages a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally.
