A Royalty Analyst is required to join a leading, global music business. This is a newly created position due to continued organic growth and offers excellent exposure across the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of music royalties.

As the Royalty Analyst you will report into a highly supportive senior leadership team. It sits within a dynamic function and will play a key role in managing the company’s royalty operations across a large and growing international portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the music industry.

You will be offered an annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000 as well as a wider benefits package, progression opportunities, flexible/hybrid working and you will be joining a high performing, outgoing team who enjoy regular socials together.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process, reconcile and analyse royalty statements
  • Ensure timely and correct delivery of monthly statements
  • Solve discrepancies and investigate large royalty datasets
  • Business partner with teams across the wider business to solve problems and queries
  • Act as a client facing partner - monitoring and delegating queries
  • Improve and streamline existing processes, provide solutions and bring forward enhancement ideas
Key requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL experience
  • Background in music royalties and reporting
  • Technically adept with a commercial mindset
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-driven
