JasperRose are partnering with an exciting FMCG scale-up, entering a new phase of rapid growth, who are looking for an Interim Finance Lead. This role is based at their Milton Keynes factory on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite).

As the finance lead for the site, you will work closely with the Factory Managing Director owning all financial activity for the factory and driving operational, commercial and reporting performance. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role within a business undergoing significant systems and process transformation.

  • Leading site budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
  • Providing commercial insight to operational leaders and the Factory MD
  • Driving cost optimisation, margin improvement and performance analysis
  • Overseeing supply chain finance, standard costing and inventory controls
  • Supporting and evaluating Capex business cases
  • Delivering accurate UK GAAP reporting and IFRS group submissions
  • Managing LE and PGP planning cycles
  • Supporting integration of Arkeiva and S/4HANA
  • Ensuring strong governance, internal controls and audit readiness
  • Delivering finance inputs into sustainability and regulatory reporting
  • Acting as a visible finance leader across the factory

The successful candidate:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong background in manufacturing and/or FMCG
  • Proven operational & commercial finance experience
  • Confident partnering with senior operational stakeholders
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
  • Netsuite / HFM experience advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving and hands-on environment
