A Commercial M&A Finance Analyst is required to join a fast‑growing Media/Tech consultancy on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative, people‑focused business that partners with creative, digital, and tech‑enabled organisations to support their growth, strategy, and long‑term commercial success. Working closely with senior leaders, you will gain broad exposure across financial analysis, commercial insight, research, financial modelling, and project delivery. This is a fantastic role for someone ambitious, curious, and eager to develop within a boutique but rapidly expanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Researching, analysing, and presenting company, sector, and market information
- Preparing and analysing financial data, including P&L restatements, normalisation adjustments, KPI benchmarking, and commercial insights
- Building detailed financial models, including integrated statements and cashflow forecasts
- Supporting the production of key documents such as business reviews, project decks, and investor‑facing materials
- Assisting with pitch creation and proposal development for new client opportunities
