A Payroll Specialist is required to work for a leading brand based in Central London (2 days WFH). This is an opportunity to work for a large, globally recognised brand, this is a key role as the business is now looking to strengthen its internal processes to help facilitate further growth globally. This role is initially for a 6-month basis with potential to extend due to project work.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be playing a pivotal role in the transformation work, improving the existing processes, and supporting with the new systems implementation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with IT and HRIS Implementation Manager for Quinyx testing
- Supporting with BAU payroll processes as well as compliance projects
- Driving efficiencies within the payroll department including implementing new systems and improving the existing processes
- Ad hoc support with the financial year close, supporting with bonus payments, and pay reviews
- Supporting with project launches
The successful candidate will have experience:
- Strong experience with systems implementation/ transformation work
- Working within a global business where you experience in a business with a large payroll
- Experience working in the consumer industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of SAP or ADP is highly desirable
- You will be proactive in nature, be a natural leader, and have excellent communication skills to be able to succeed in this role
