A Payroll Manager is required to work for a leading brand based in Central London (2 days WFH). This is an opportunity to work for a large, globally recognised brand, this is a key role as the business is now looking to strengthen its internal processes to help facilitate further growth globally.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be operating as the number one in payroll, overseeing a small team, and taking ownership of the payroll process for UK, EMEA, and US with a payroll administrator based locally. A key part of this role will be transformation work, improving the existing processes, and supporting with the new systems implementation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management and development of a small team of a highly driven payroll team
- Overseeing the payroll for approximately 1300 employees with a mix of salary and hourly payrolls
- Driving efficiencies within the payroll department including implementing new systems and improving the existing processes
- Ensure compliance with all statutory payments and deadlines, including P11Ds, PSA, and international obligations
- Manage bonus
