JasperRose are partnering with a leading FTSE luxury fashion house who are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their team. This role sits within their 5 strong Group Reporting team and amongst the larger finance team of 50. You will be based in their luxury offices in Central London on a hybrid basis (3 days per week) and has come about due to an internal promotion.
Responsibilities
- Preparing draft financial statements to IFRS standards
- Collaborate with various departments including tax, shared services etc for the month end
- Month end closure
- Liaising with the external auditors
- Prepare consolidation adjustments for the forecast and budget cycles
- Assist FP&A with producing analysis reporting schedules
- Project work including a bi-annual analysis
Qualifications
- ACA or CA qualified from a Top 4 Accounting practice (ideally in audit)
- Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
- Experience working with large, global organisations
- Proven experience of group consolidation
- Exposure to retail or consumer goods businesses
- SAP or BPC experience is desirable
- Ideally on short notice
This role would be ideal for a candidate taking their first or second move out of practice into industry.
