A HR Finance Business Partner is required to work for a leading luxury brand based in Central London with the expectations of three days in the office. This is an opportunity to build the bridge between HR and Finance.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be taking ownership of shaping the reporting for people and headcount. A key part of this role will be to be able to support and push back where needed and partner closely with regional directors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Act as a strategic workforce partner to senior business leaders and Finance, enabling effective decision-making through strong collaboration, clear communication, and alignment on headcount priorities.
- Produce and present weekly and monthly workforce performance updates, including vacancy lead times, KPIs, and key people metrics, translating data into forward-looking insights and recommendations.
- Own the end-to-end development of the UK annual staffing budget, working closely with the Regional People & Organisation Director to shape and deliver strategic budget presentations.
- Progressively assume accountability for forecasting, tracking, and controlling annual workforce costs, headcount, and broader people-related expenditure in partnership with Finance.
- Partner with Finance and HR systems teams to redesign and enhance reporting and forecasting processes, improving data accuracy, operational efficiency, and the quality of workforce insights.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in a similar role is crucial working for a large business.
- Experience with headcount analysis and producing management reports on HR and payroll areas are a must.
- Experience working with workforce KPIs is key.
- Softer skills required would be to be adaptive, able to challenge, partner, and understand business needs.
