This opportunity to join a globally renowned consumer brand that is looking to hire a Finance Transformation Lead (Source to Pay). You will be working in the global headquarters of a multi-billion turnover business and will be leading on one of the most high-profile transformation programmes in the business. This role will own the global vision and standardisation of the S2P process. You will lead on the process design and strategy as well as continuous improvement roadmap for S2P globally. This is a highly strategic, influence-led role: you will be expected to operate confidently with C-suite stakeholders based globally, drive harmonisation across markets that have historically operated with significant autonomy, and shape how AI is applied both within the S2P function and across the wider business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the global process vision and roadmap for Source to Pay, working closely with technology, consulting and internal stakeholders to drive delivery.
  • Leading and influencing standardisation and harmonisation of S2P processes across regions, markets and entities.
  • Managing direct reports overseeing vendor rollout, Coupa implementation and continuous improvement, as well as the T&E function.
  • Partnering with CFOs, CIOs and regional Presidents to secure buy-in and drive adoption of global process change.
  • Shaping the AI roadmap for S2P - both AI-enabled process solutions and productivity gains for the wider team.

Skill set required:

  • Strong finance transformation track record, operating on a complex global scale.
  • Owned global finance roadmaps with extensive examples of owning implementation and process change.
  • Proven experience influencing senior, global stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Confident, tenacious operator, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change at pace.
  • Source to Pay experience highly desirable but not essential.
  • Genuine curiosity and passion for transformation, with a strong point of view on good process design.
