A Royalty Analyst is required to join a leading, global music business. This is a newly created position due to continued organic growth and offers excellent exposure across the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of music royalties.
As the Royalty Analyst you will report into a highly supportive senior leadership team. It sits within a dynamic function and will play a key role in managing the company’s royalty operations across a large and growing international portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the music industry.
You will be offered an annual salary of £32,000 - £37,000 as well as a wider benefits package, progression opportunities, flexible/hybrid working and you will be joining a high performing, outgoing team who enjoy regular socials together.
Key responsibilities:- Process, reconcile and analyse royalty statements
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of monthly statements
- Solve discrepancies and investigative large royalty datasets
- Business partner with teams across the wider business to solve problems and queries
- Act as a client facing partner - monitoring and delegating queries
- Improve and streamline existing processes, provide solutions and bring forward enhancement ideas
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL experience
- Background in music royalties and reporting
- Technically adept with a commercial mindset
