A Finance Business Partner is required to work for a leading luxury brand based in Central London with the expectations of three days in the office. We're looking for a proactive qualified Finance Business Partner with experience working in a function with exposure to HR, Finance, IT costs, Legal, etc who can turn numbers into insights and help drive business decisions. You'll provide analysis, reporting, and financial guidance across the organisation, whilst managing one person to support with the reporting and forecasting.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the preparation and review on the monthly management accounts and forecasts for UK P&Ls and wider entities.
- Own and deliver insightful financial reports and forecasts that guide business strategy.
- Analyse trends and performance data to uncover opportunities and risks.
- Create engaging presentations that bring numbers to life for leadership and teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that make financial reporting faster, easier, and more accurate.
- Partner with different teams to support projects, drive efficiencies, and influence key business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in a similar role is crucial working for a large business (£1bn+ turnover).
- Experience with headcount analysis and producing management reports on HR and payroll areas are a must.
- Softer skills required would be to be adaptive, be able to challenge, partner, and understand business needs.
