This exciting opportunity is perfect for a qualified finance professional with Finance Management experience in the hospitality sector. This Finance Manager role will oversee the finance function end to end, partnering closely with key stakeholders across this multisite hospitality business with exciting growth plans for 2026.
Duties in this role include:
- Lead the finance function end to end, ensuring accurate, well-controlled day-to-day operations
- Deliver weekly trading reports and monthly management accounts with clear insight and commentary
- Maintain financial controls across balance sheet reconciliations, VAT, statutory accounts and compliance
- Manage cashflow, payment runs, credit control, and debtor/creditor reviews
- Lead the finance team and support senior stakeholders with analysis and ad hoc projects
Requirements for this role:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
- Previous experience working as a Finance Manager or similar in the hospitality industry
- Must have experience working in a multisite business
- Strong communication skills, process driven and passion for driving a business forward
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
