JasperRose is partnering with a well-known consumer business operating in the sports industry that are looking to hire a Chief of Staff on a permanent basis. Based in their London Head Office (2 days in the office), this is a newly created role due to significant growth within the group, following recent acquisitions, joint ventures and international expansion.

Reporting to the CFO & COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the finance team's operational effectiveness, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting international M&A activity from a finance perspective. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, balancing strategic project work.

  • Supporting international M&A activity, including due diligence coordination, integration planning, and liaison with external advisors.
  • Driving cross-functional projects across the finance function, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Managing the CFO's operational and administrative workload, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Acting as a key liaison between the CFO and wider finance and business stakeholders.

Qualified Accountant finance looking to pivot your career or experience in a business operations role where you have been working directly with the CFO. Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to work with changing priorities from the senior leadership team. Previous experience working as a Chief of Staff/EA for finance is beneficial but not essential. Strategic and commercial thinker who is able to support in delivering across various projects.
