This is an opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a globally renowned luxury group, based in Central London (4 days in the office) on a 6-month contract. This is a newly created role due to growth, and you will be joining an internationally renowned business that has brands and offices based globally.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will take ownership of the budgeting, planning and forecasting for several brands. The role will have extensive interaction with non-finance stakeholders, working for the different brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership for the budgeting and forecasting for several brands
- Supporting with the 3-year planning for the brands
- Business partnering with key stakeholders within the brands, including attending budget meetings and providing key commercial analysis
- Providing stakeholders with information on variance analysis of actuals vs budgets
- Support with the month-end close including reviewing accruals
- Looking at ways to improve existing processes on the SAP system
Skill set required:
- Experience as a Finance Analyst/FP&A Analyst
- Experience working in the consumer industry essential, luxury experience is strongly preferred
- SAP knowledge is essential
- Experience working for a larger, more complex business
- Ability to support stakeholders with budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Strong communicator with the ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders
