We’re seeking a highly analytical, systems‑savvy FP&A Analyst to work closely with the CFO in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment, delivering insight across multiple locations. This hands‑on role suits someone who thrives on complex data, PowerBI, builds robust forecasts and models, and translates performance across sites into clear, commercially focused narratives that influence senior decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning.
  • Deliver balance sheet, working capital, and performance analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards providing real‑time insight to senior leadership.
  • Produce monthly management and board‑level reporting, including variance and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with teams across the business to improve systems, data quality, and financial insight.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • FP&A or commercial finance experience.
  • Advanced Power BI skills with proven experience building dashboards and insights.
  • Highly proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems and data tools (e.g. SQL, Python) is advantageous.
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and able to communicate complex data clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
