An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Billing Accountant to join the growing finance function of a global media-tech business headquartered in central London. Operating under a SaaS-style commercial model, the business delivers impactful solutions to enterprise clients worldwide, with recent expansion across the EMEA region.
This newly available role is a key position within a stable, collaborative team of seven. The Assistant Billing Accountant will take ownership of client billing across several business units and play a vital role in supporting collections, cash flow, and revenue assurance as the company scales.
You’ll report directly into the Client Accountant, working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders across the global finance function.
Key responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end client billing across multiple divisions, including client setup and job creation
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing using SAP and internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally using Salesforce to gather billing inputs and approvals
- Partner with commercial and client teams to validate billing requirements
- Support credit control by assisting with collection efforts and resolving billing discrepancies
- Identify areas to streamline processes and improve billing accuracy
- Salary from £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)

- Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in the London office (flexibility offered)
