Assistant Accountant

Assistant Management Accountant | International Media Agency | London | Hybrid working

JasperRose are currently partnering with Group M, the world’s leading media investment company and the parent company of well-known agencies like Mindshare, Wavemaker, and EssenceMediaCom to recruit a Assistant Management Accountant. This role will be based in their London Bridge Head Office and offer hybrid working.

Duties in this role include:

• Support timely and accurate processing of client fee and intercompany billings, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with client and year-end audit requests by providing required documentation and information.
• Help manage timesheet submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
• Provide general finance team support, including report preparation and financial analysis assistance.
• Contribute to client forecasting efforts, aligning projections with organizational financial objectives.

We are looking for:

• Finance related degree achieving 2.1 or above
• Experience of 1 year+ working in finance or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities and data manipulation expertise.
• Comfortable working with new systems and handling large volumes of data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform well in high-pressure environments.
