Jasper is looking for a Senior Executive Communications Manager to own and scale executive communications across the company, with a primary focus on the CEO. This role will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for shaping the narratives that define Jasper internally and externally.
The Senior Executive Communications Manager will translate company strategy, product vision, and industry insight into clear, compelling executive messaging. From CEO thought leadership and media preparation to internal communications and company-wide moments, this role ensures Jasper's leaders communicate with clarity, credibility, and consistency.
This fully remote role reports to the Head of Communications and Content and is open to candidates based in London.
What You Will Do at Jasper- Serve as the primary communications partner to the CEO, owning messaging, narratives, and executive content across internal and external channels.
- Lead CEO thought leadership, including bylines, op-eds, LinkedIn content, keynotes, and executive POVs aligned to Jasper's business priorities and product roadmap.
- Partner closely with our PR agency to prepare executives for media engagements through briefing documents, talking points, Q&A, and interview prep.
- Support executive internal communications, including company-wide meetings, leadership announcements, strategic updates, and change communications.
- Develop and maintain executive messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across press, speaking engagements, internal forums, and social channels.
- Support executive speaking opportunities, including conference submissions, talk tracks, fireside chats, and panel preparation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate executive visibility and thought leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, People, and Finance to ensure executive communications are accurate, aligned, and well-timed.
- 7+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, PR, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, ideally a CEO, in high-growth or high-visibility environments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and deck skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across executives and audiences.
- Experience developing executive thought leadership, bylines, and social presence.
- Strong media relations foundation, including executive media preparation.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology-driven companies preferred.
