What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about supporting children and families
- Skilled in building relationships with vulnerable individuals
- Confident delivering both 1:1 support and group sessions
- Knowledgeable about child development, parenting strategies, and safeguarding

You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful family support by:
- Providing one-to-one and group-based parenting support, including home visits and community sessions
- Delivering evidence-based parenting programmes and leading engaging drop-in sessions.
- Supporting families with key challenges such as:
- Challenges in child development, school readiness, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
- Working with partner agencies to deliver tailored, multi-agency support
- Engaging vulnerable families, including those known to social care, teenage parents, care leavers, and those in high-need areas
