About St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home:

St Andrew’s is located in the lovely village of Ewerby, 5 miles east of Sleaford. The home is set around a historic vicarage, comfortably extended to blend character with modern amenities. It provides personal care, nursing and dementia care for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest possible level of care in supporting residents with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing and eating.
  • Promote residents’ independence, focusing on choice, dignity and respect, while supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Complete all daily charts to a high standard, ensuring 90%+ compliance in monthly audits.
  • Maintain 100% completion of mandatory training throughout the year.

Role Requirements:

  • Clear motivation and/or relevant experience.
  • Residence within 30 minutes of the care home.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
